We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting staff, families, and daily center operations. As an Admin Assistant, you will: Lead with passion and professionalism, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for staff, families, and children. Greet families, answer inquiries, and support day-to-day center operations with warmth and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Article 47 and NYC DOHMH standards, maintaining staff and student records, immunizations, and files. Support teachers in implementing TLE’s proprietary curriculum and creating an enriching classroom environment. Assist with staff onboarding, training, coaching, and scheduling. Handle administrative tasks such as enrollment follow-up, CORE system data entry, supply orders, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll support. Conduct tours for prospective families and engage in local community marketing to drive enrollment. Assist with planning and running center-wide events, celebrations, and family engagement activities. Step into classrooms as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
