About The Position

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for entering data, maintaining records, reports, and financial statements. This role involves processing accounts receivable and payable, as well as handling payroll in a timely manner. The Admin Assistant will update client accounts with received and missed payments, ensuring accurate client account records are maintained. Additionally, the position requires working with customers to resolve billing issues and answering invoicing questions. The Admin Assistant will also be responsible for answering phones and providing support as needed. A background in construction is considered a plus.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good math skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven attitude.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
