The Job at a Glance Our Adjustment Specialist ( internally known as a Cash Matchmaker) supports our C ustomer E xperience and A ccounting teams. The y primarily research and process credits for pricing, freight, and other issues that do not affect our inventory levels.

Requirements

  • You have 1 + year (s) of Accounting experience in a high - volume setting
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (SAP and Sales f orce experience are a bonus!)
  • You possess s tellar customer service , and data entry skills
  • You are highly organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You pay close attention to detail (as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done right ! )
  • You function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • You’re self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in an evolving work environment
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • SAP and Sales f orce experience are a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Review and research customer accounts for previous credits and/or billings
  • Interpret and process Sales Force cases submitted from our customer experience teams
  • Generate account adjustments and bill only invoices in our ERP system ( SAP )
  • Review credit memos blocked by SAP and review for an expedited release
  • Process bulk adjustments (credits & rebills) on Excel spreadsheets for various customers
