DSPS-SPEECH & LANGUAGE DISABILITIES: Adjunct / Substitute Instructor POOL (college credit) Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. 1. Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, or in Communication Disorders; AND , 2. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech pathologist or audiologist by the Medical Board of California; OR, 3. The equivalent.
