COMMUNICATION STUDIES aka SPEECH COMM: Adjunct / Substitute Instructor POOL (college credit) Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. 1. Master’s degree in Speech, Speech Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Rhetoric, Communication, Communication Studies, Speech Communication, or Organizational Communication; OR, 2. Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Speech Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Rhetoric, Communication, Communication Studies, Speech Communication, or Organizational Communication AND Master’s degree in Drama/Theater Arts, Mass Communication, or English; OR, 3. Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential (valid for life) in Language Arts and Literature; OR, 4. The equivalent.

Requirements
