DRAMA/THEATER ARTS: Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. Master’s degree or Master of Fine Arts in Drama/Theater Arts/Performance; OR, Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama/Theater Arts/Performance AND Master’s degree in Comparative Literature, English, Communication Studies, Speech, Literature, or Humanities; OR, Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential (valid for life) in Theater Arts and Related Technologies; OR, The equivalent.
