SOCIOLOGY: Adjunct / Substitute Instructor POOL (college credit) Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. 1. Master’s degree in Sociology; OR, 2. Bachelor’s degree in Sociology AND a Master’s degree in Anthropology, any ethnic studies, Social Work, or Psychology; OR, 3. Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential (valid for life) in Sociology; OR, 4. The equivalent.
