CHINESE: Adjunct / Substitute Instructor POOL (college credit) Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions. 1. Master’s degree in Chinese; OR, 2. Bachelor’s degree in Chinese AND Master’s degree in another foreign language or Linguistics; OR, 3. Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential in Chinese (valid for life) ; OR, 4. The equivalent.
