About The Position

The Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Nursing at Boise State University is responsible for teaching clinical sections of nursing skills or health assessment in both on-campus and community partner settings. This part-time position requires effective teaching, maintaining clinical expertise, and participating in program activities while not being involved in shared governance or student advising.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho by the starting date of employment.
• Demonstrates competence in a specific clinical practice area, preferably with experience in medical/surgical.

Responsibilities

• Teach clinical sections of nursing skills or health assessment.
• Attend orientation and team faculty meetings.
