About The Position

The Department of Languages at Charleston Southern University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor of Spanish. Charleston Southern seeks candidates who are professing Christians, committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship and service. Requirements

• Minimum education requirements include a master's degree in Spanish, language education or other comparable field.
• Eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in the teaching specialty are required.
• Evidence of successful teaching experience is also requested.

Responsibilities

• The Adjunct Instructor will teach Spanish online and/or in-person depending on the semester and departmental needs.
• Part-time adjuncts are contracted term-by-term based on course/section need and availability.
