About The Position

The position is responsible for preparing and delivering coursework in engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate ways that reflect a commitment to the college's Core Values, an understanding of culturally responsive teaching, and knowledge of the teaching field. Faculty must meet professional standards in accordance with college policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited institution in the discipline to be taught.
• Teaching experience is desired.
• A link to your design portfolio is desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty and administered by the Associate Dean/Director.
• Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations and may include evening and weekend programs.
• May include Dual Credit courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values.
