About The Position

Develop and teach Neuromuscular Conditions and Treatment for the PTA in the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program, offered during spring semester.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Associate's degree in PTA.
• Minimum of one-year full time recent clinical experience as a PT or PTA.
• Hold active, unrestricted license to practice as a PT or PTA in Tennessee.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three years or more full-time clinical experience working with patients who have neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach courses in the PTA program, campus laboratory facilities.
• Prepare course syllabi, materials, evaluate student learning and maintain class records.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
