About The Position
The Neuroscience & Behavior Department at Barnard College seeks a part-time instructor to teach the following undergraduate courses during the 25-26 academic year. The courses include NSBV BC2002 Statistics & Experimental Design in Fall 2025 and a new lecture course in Spring 2026 titled Neurobiology of Learning and Memory. This course will explore how experiences and actions influence learning and memory, behavior, perceptions, and generalizations across species, as well as the underlying brain mechanisms associated with these changes and how atypical learning may contribute to neurological disorders. Exact instructional assignments and other academic responsibilities are determined by the Chair.
