About The Position

Adjunct Medical Assistant faculty members are hired on a term by term basis to teach classes that are not covered by full time faculty members. No teaching experience is required; training provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years work experience in an ambulatory setting, healthcare clinic, or physician's office
• Any of the following certifications: CMA, RMA or NCMA (LPN and RN also accepted) a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills

• Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback
• Mentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their best
