About The Position
The Communication department at Monmouth University is seeking Adjunct Professors for one to two sections of Media Literacy. This role involves teaching a core Communication requirement that equips students with critical thinking skills necessary for analyzing various media formats, including television, radio, print, and the Internet. The adjunct professor will be responsible for teaching 3 to 6 credits per semester and guiding students in understanding the complex functions of mass media and the various choices involved in interpreting media messages.
