About The Position
Penn State Abington’s Business Program invites applications for an adjunct instructor opening in Business Statistics beginning in January 2025 through May 2025 . Continuation beyond this period is a possibility. The specific course available is: SCM 200 – Introduction to Statistics for Business: Two classes available: Monday & Wednesday 4:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. Monday & Wednesday 6:00 p.m. to 8:55 p.m. Penn State Abington serves racially-and ethnically-diverse students, first-generation college students, students from a range of socio-economic backgrounds, and a significant international student population. Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Doctoral degree in a business-related discipline, but ABD and Masters level candidates will be considered.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduates is highly desirable and relevant professional work experience is valuable.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to helping all students succeed through engagement in and out of the classroom.
