About The Position

Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Science, Engineering, and Technology invites applications for a part-time faculty opening in its Civil Engineering & Technology programs effective August 2025 . The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate courses in one or more of these areas: Civil Engineering (Structural, Environmental, Water Resources, Transportation, Construction) Statics Mechanics of Materials Surveying Graphic Communications.

Requirements

• M.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
• relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Nice To Haves

• Applicants with the Ph.D. degree are preferred
