Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering invites applications for one or more part-time, non-benefits eligible, Adjunct Lecturer positions in the Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability. Adjunct Lecturers are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in the designated discipline/field of study to students from a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. Teaching may include a variety of formats: face to face, remote, and online. Adjunct Lecturers are employed based on student enrollment and staffing needs. The adjunct faculty contract contains no expectation or guarantee of continued employment. This posting will be used also to obtain a pool of qualified candidates. As teaching needs arise, applications will be reviewed for possible interviews. The number of adjunct faculty hired varies from academic term to term, depending upon the needs of the department.
