About The Position

The University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual for a part-time, temporary Adjunct Instructor faculty position in the Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics to teach the "Concepts of Managed Care Pharmacy (PHARM 5815) course in the Fall term of the Doctor of Pharmacy program. The successful applicant will have expertise in the managed care pharmacy as well as experience in teaching about managed care content in a Doctor of Pharmacy program. Candidates must have a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree with at least 3 years of experience in managed carepharmacy. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The School of Pharmacy, a leader and innovator in education, practice, and research, is one of 16 schools/colleges located on the Oakland campus, which includes the 6 schools of the health sciences. The Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics and UPMC are home to 12 accredited residency programs, 12 pharmacy fellowship training programs, and the Grace Lamsam Pharmacy Program for the Underserved. Requirements
