About The Position

The Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Cincinnati is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses on a part-time basis. Requirements

• Academic degree in an appropriate discipline.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present complex material to students unfamiliar with a subject.
• Ability to work and collaborate with individuals from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars.
• Serve as an academic adviser for students.
• Evaluate student coursework.
• Engage in activities ancillary to or in support of teaching responsibilities.
• Review and respond to all University-related communications in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
