About The Position
The faculty member will be trained in a particular tradition of philosophical thought (analytic, continental, or other); they will have experience thinking trans-disciplinarily, and in ways that ground the history of ideas in our current historical moment; they will be a flexible, culturally aware, equitably responsible individual who is committed to diverse and inclusive pedagogical practices in the classroom, and they will exhibit a commitment to continuous professional improvement. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching Ethics, Philosophy, and other lower-division Humanities courses on our campuses in Bedford and Lowell, as well as online.
