  • Availability to teach evening and online courses.
  • Experience utilizing learning management systems for course instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce college academic policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and process all office records, grade and enrollment reports, and other paperwork.
  • Utilize effective instructional technology to deliver curricular content in various formats.
  • Teach the Paralegal Technology course as per the employment contract and program needs.
  • Provide quality instruction by being well prepared for each class and covering course materials comprehensively.
  • Prepare objectives, assignments, grading standards, and course syllabi for distribution at the first class meeting.
  • Keep accurate attendance and grade records, and submit reports on time.
  • Use innovative teaching techniques and various instructional technologies to present course material.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students during class interactions and on assignments.
  • Stay informed about current legal events and changes in immigration law, adapting course instruction as necessary.
