JOB DESCRIPTION RESIDENTIAL ADJUNCT The Adjunct Instructor position will teach applied voice to undergraduate majors and non-majors.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Music with extensive experience as a performer and educator required
• Open to any voice type
• Proven track record of teaching at the collegiate level
• Strong understanding of vocal pedagogy
• Demonstrates competency at the piano

Responsibilities

• Teach applied voice to undergraduate majors and non-majors
• Perform in solo and/or joint faculty recitals
• Attend instrumental juries for your student at the end of each semester
• Actively recruit and serve as a clinician in local and regional high schools and music events
• Attend department meetings as needed
• Attend vocal convocation and juries for applied voice students at the end of each semester
