About The Position

Penn State Hazleton invites applications for a part-time nutrition instructor opening to teach Nutrition 251, Introductory Principles of Nutrition, for the Fall 2026 Semester. Course will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.

Requirements

• A master’s degree required

• Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Registered Dietitian credential
• Teaching assignment may require teaching day, evening, or weekend classes, as needed.
• Most teaching assignments will require in-person instruction, with occasional opportunities for remote teaching.
