This part-time position is for an experienced industry professional who will work with our students in the evening cohorts in the Nursing Assistant (NA) program. The role focuses on creating a positive, engaging, and hands-on learning environment in classroom, lab, and clinical settings, where students can connect lessons to real-world nursing assistant skills. Each day, this instructor should provide students with meaningful, relevant experiences that prepare them for success in the field. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and delivering clear, effective instruction that supports learners in building the knowledge, skills, and professionalism required to enter the healthcare industry. The instructor will inspire and encourage students, helping them grow from learners into confident, capable future professionals. Hours: This position includes hours from 4:00 - 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and one clinical shift per month on a Friday or Saturday for 10 hours. Additional hours may be required, but are limited to no more than 28 hours a week.
