About The Position

Adjunct faculty at Utah Valley University must be able to live and work in the State of Utah. Adjunct applications are reviewed only as needed; therefore, applicants should be aware they may not hear back about the status of their particular application. Adjunct faculty are hired on an as-needed basis for a semester appointment only. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon the results of a background check, which includes a criminal records check. A criminal conviction is not necessarily a bar to employment. UVU is currently seeking adjuncts from a variety of backgrounds. Individuals may be needed for civil, mechanical, and pre-engineering courses.
