About The Position

Responsible for teaching courses in Organizational Performance Metrics Responsible for teaching online Education Required: Master’s degree in business, human resources or organizational leadership. Other degrees considered if applicant has substantial professional experience in the topic. Experience: Must have experience with basic data analytics and creating and measuring organizational performance. Professional experience related to the topic required. Online teaching experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Qualifications:This position requires the successful candidate to be geographically located in or near Philadelphia as the position requires the candidate to be intermittently physically present on campus. Applicants who live in or plan to relocate to New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania will be considered. Application Procedures: Employment will be for the Fall 2026 semester.
