About The Position

Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants for Logistics and Supply Chain Management adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes held in Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or at one of our other off-campus centers. Initial assignment may be at one of our teaching locations, but the official work station assignment may change each semester. The successful applicant will become certified and fully use the course management system (eLearn) for all classes. The applicant will also attend required meetings, report attendance, early alert notifications, and final grades prior to the established deadline, and will communicate curriculum and personnel needs or changes as appropriate to their assigned coordinator/dean. This position reports to the Chair of Business & Technology and the Dean of Arts, Sciences, & Technologies. Required Documents: Three (3) letters of recommendation, Cover Letter, and Resume must be uploaded. Official Transcripts (where applicable) must be sent directly to the Office of Human Resources, 1510 Lake Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024. DSCC requires official college transcripts be sent directly by the institution before an applicant packet is reviewed by the hiring authority. Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded. However, the applicant file is not considered complete until we receive the official transcripts from the institution for the highest degree awarded. Requirements

  • Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate semester hours in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and other college personnel required.
