About The Position

Serve as an online adjunct instructor for the Ed.S. School Psychology Program graduate courses and M.Ed. in Psychometry Program graduate courses. Responsible for reporting data and maintaining current best practices in the field. Strong emphasis on collegiality and service mindset. Candidate should have excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, mentoring, supervision, and delegation. Able to comply with the SWOSU Faculty Handbook. Adhere to the educational philosophy of the department. Work in a collaborative and supportive manner with colleagues and professional peers. Adjunct faculty are expected to support & facilitate the department/school/college academic and university missions, visions, & long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Possess a Ph.D., Ed.D. or ABD in School Psychology preferred.
  • Licensed/Certified School Psychologist or eligible for licensure/certification.
  • K-12 teaching experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education teaching experience.
  • Service/partnership with accredited Teacher Education program.
