About The Position

Penn State Lehigh Valley is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Nutrition 100, Nutrition Applications for a Healthy Lifestyle and Nutrition 251, Introductory Principles of Nutrition, in person during the Spring Semester, which begins January 12, 2026.

Requirements

• The minimum qualifications include an Master's Degree in related field or Bachelor's degree with years of work experience in the related field.
• Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
