About The Position

Saint Joseph’s University’s Department of Special Education has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct/affiliate faculty to staff a variety of Applied Behavior Analysis courses each semester in our synchronous online program. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is essential. Professionals with experience in teaching online courses in higher education will be given preference. Part-time adjunct faculty may instruct 1 or 2 courses each semester on an “as needed” basis. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Nice To Haves

  • ABD or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field

Responsibilities

  • Teaching of a specified course in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Providing support and guidance to students.
  • Report grades at midterm and final times.
  • Providing student learning outcomes data, when asked.
  • Learn and/or update on the use of Canvas
