St. Edward's University, a nationally ranked, independent Catholic university and Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), invites applications for a semester-based, contingent faculty position as an adjunct in the Department of Literature, Writing, and Rhetoric, beginning Fall/2025, and as needed. St. Edward's is characterized by its commitment to the Holy Cross educational mission of educating the hearts and minds of a diverse student body deeply committed to social justice. The successful candidate will be able to teach section(s) of general education writing courses at either the 1000 or 2000 level. Primary responsibilities include teaching the course with a focus on feedback, revision, and writing strategies and pedagogies to prepare students for academic writing within higher education.
