About The Position

The College of Professional Studies ( CPS ) invites qualified individuals to apply for an Adjunct Faculty position focused on designing and teaching courses in the university’s CPS programs. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven ability to teach successfully in both the in-person and online settings
• Experience with instructional technology

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Designing courses
• Teaching course
• Developing learning goals and objectives
• Selecting readings and other course materials
• Designing assessments including discussion board posts, writing assignments and projects
• Recoding videos
• Creating a syllabus
• Leading class and conducting all associated planning and grading
• Participating in regular trainings and meetings (as needed) with staff
