New faculty hires will be assigned to physics labs or lectures.

Requirements

  • The candidates must have a minimum Master’s degree in physics and prior experience in teaching college.
  • Candidates should have prior experience in remote an LMS (such as Canvas) for course delivery.
  • All adjuncts will be expected to participate in orientation, as needed, before the start of the semester.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and teach a lecture-based undergraduate physics course for the Spring 2026 semester
  • offer weekly availability to meet with students for office hours
  • submit grades and other records in accordance with academic policies
