The faculty member will conduct their assignments and co-curricular college activities in a manner consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Aims Community College as stated in the school catalog. The primary purpose of the faculty member is to teach. This exercise professional will be teaching courses related to strength and conditioning. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in teaching areas such as strength, conditioning, and overall physical fitness. Some of the duties in this position include but are not limited to, preparing and delivering lectures, developing course content, assessing student learning, and providing academic guidance. This position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate morning, daytime, and evening classes. This exercise professional assumes responsibility for teaching all aspects of the assigned sports and activity classes below: Weight Training I Conditioning Lab Walking and Jogging Body Sculpting and Toning Fitness Circuit Training Cross Training
