About The Position

Western New England University invites applications for a part-time position teaching introductory undergraduate courses in Economics. Courses taught will include EC 111: Introduction to Microeconomics and EC 112: Introduction to Macroeconomics. Teaching in-person on the Western New England campus is preferred, but we will also consider online instruction. Requirements

  • demonstrate a past record of excellence in teaching
  • a passionate commitment to mentoring our students
  • Candidates should submit a current curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching with sample syllabi for courses in microeconomics and/or macroeconomics, and teaching evaluation summaries from past courses.

Nice To Haves

  • A Ph.D. in Economics is desired, but those with a Master’s degree are also encouraged to apply.
