About The Position

Instructors will teach course(s) within a specific discipline to a diverse student population at our Downtown Worcester campus nursing simulation/skills labs and clinical sites in our service area. Responsibilities will include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance and assistance to students.

Requirements

• Hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Possess a minimum of two years of medical-surgical OR medical-surgical/skilled/long term care nursing experience OR its equivalent within the last five years.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in the area of clinical instruction.
• Evidence of maintenance of expertise appropriate to the teaching responsibilities.

Nice To Haves
