About The Position
Accepting Applications for Academic Year 2024-2025. The position involves Clinical & Nursing Arts Laboratory instruction of Second Year Associate Degree nursing students in Nursing IV or Nursing V (NURS 301 or 302). The faculty member will work as a team member on the Second Year Nursing Team, engaging in clinical teaching, supervision, and evaluation of students in various settings including the acute care setting, Nursing Arts lab, or Simulation Lab. Responsibilities also include adhering to course descriptions and syllabi to ensure course outcomes are met, maintaining communication with students via email, attending monthly department/division meetings, and submitting student evaluations as scheduled. Adjunct Faculty are part-time instructors hired on an as-needed basis, with positions available during the day, night, or weekend across various instructional sites.
