About The Position

LaGrange College seeks to fill an adjunct teaching position in lean six sigma manufacturing in its new manufacturing engineering technology program. The course is expected to be offered in Fall 2027, and the need will be ongoing. The course description and number of credit hours are listed below. METC 4622 Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing - Review of current engineering and technology techniques relevant to manufacturing, service, quality, and productivity. Design project required. (3 credits)

Requirements

  • A minimum of a master's degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred
  • Significant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a master's degree

Responsibilities

  • Teach the course METC 4622 Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing
