About The Position

Lesley University is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach the Interdisciplinary Studies II: Food Writing course. Requirements

• MFA in Creative Writing or a related subject.
• Publication in periodicals or authored books.
• 5 years of teaching experience in the field or a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Interdisciplinary Studies II: Food Writing course remotely.
• Guide students in reading and writing across various genres of food writing.
• Facilitate discussions on the sensory, personal, familial, and cultural aspects of food.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student portfolios and reflective pieces.
