About The Position
Adjunct faculty will teach in person on an as-needed basis for the Psychology program in the Department of Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. For Spring 2026, duties include the following teaching assignments: PSYC 441 History and Systems of Psychology on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:55-1:10 PM, in-person.
Requirements
- Professional expertise
- Relevant doctorate is preferred but not required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Candidate should have a commitment to excellence in teaching in a Christian Liberal Arts setting
Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, quizzes, exams
- teach course material
- provide feedback and grades throughout the semester
- Ability to teach in-person course
- Canvas LMS is beneficial
- Specific to the class taught; will be communicated on an individual basis.
