Our 90-credit Applied Bachelor's degrees streamline learning while maintaining rigorous expectations for critical thinking, communication, and professional readiness. All programs are designed around sustainability, systems thinking, and applied skill development supported by AI-enhanced learning tools. The Opportunity: Unity Environmental University seeks committed, student-centered adjunct faculty to teach introductory Psychology and Human Services coursework in Career Edge, our fully online, workforce-focused Applied Bachelor of Science programs. These programs serve working adult learners pursuing careers in human services, counseling support roles, advocacy, and community-based practice. Career Edge's curriculum integrates psychology, communication, data literacy, social-emotional skills, and sustainability principles to prepare graduates for applied helping professions. Adjunct faculty may be assigned to teach one or more of the following courses: Introduction to Psychology Introduction to Human Services Case Management and Helping Skills Additional opportunities may arise in human development, counseling basics, applied social psychology, or case-management micro-modules.
