Organisms are examined to recognize similarities and differences among different types. Plant structure and processes, including photosynthesis and water transport, are investigated through observation and activities. Concepts of ecology are explored through study of species interactions projects and other activities.
Requirements
- Minimum: Master's in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Biology emphasizing biochemistry or physiology or cellular function

- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
