About The Position
The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication is pleased to invite applications for an Adjunct Assistant/Associate Professor of Film Studies in the Department of Radio, Television, Film at Hofstra University. The candidate would teach undergraduate-level courses on a semester-by-semester basis, in the following possible areas: Introduction to Film Studies (focusing on critical analysis), Film History, Film Genres, and Film Authorship. The candidate should have an expansive view of each of these canons, including a practice of DEI.
