The Townsend Institute is dedicated to providing transformative educational experiences for counselors, executive coaches, and organizational leaders. We are currently seeking applicants for adjunct faculty positions in the Executive Coaching and Consulting Program. This role involves teaching courses, conducting office hours, and collaborating with full-time faculty colleagues. The courses offered cover a variety of topics, which can be found in the CUI catalog. Successful candidates will be expected to confess the Christian faith, demonstrate a commitment to a Lutheran liberal arts education, and possess a record of teaching excellence. Additionally, candidates must hold an earned degree in a relevant field.
