About The Position

This Adjunct Faculty teaches non-transferable courses in the 'High School' Dance (Ballet and Modern) Division. This individual will also choreograph and direct high school and college students in choreographic works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dance; or a Bachelor's Degree in related field and choreographing teaching work experience preferred; a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Dance; or an Associate's Degree and choreographing work experience
• All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
• Willing to work flexible schedule and assignments, which may include travel to various campuses and/or outreach centers
