The University of Alaska Anchorage's Community and Technical College (CTC) is a major center for development and delivery of career and technical education programs within the community. The Computer Networking and Systems Technology program is recruiting qualified applicants for our pool of adjunct instructors. Adjunct faculty are responsible for teaching courses in the Computer Networking Technology program. The instructor is responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of the students, contributing to curriculum development, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of subject areas. The ability to work with colleagues and students of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is a must. 🖥️Demonstrated knowledge and experience with current software and hardware. A broad sample includes the following: 🖥️Current Windows Server operating systems and related deployment/implementations (Active Directory) 🖥️Current Windows desktop operating systems 🖥️Cisco Routing and Switching coursework and certifications 🖥️Current CompTIA certifications such as A+/Sec+/Net+ 🖥️Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure 🖥️Foundational programming experience in Python or Microsoft Powershell 🖥️Core project management experience
