About The Position

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science is seeking an adjunct instructor of computer science for the Spring 2023 semester, beginning January 5, 2023. The ideal candidate holds a Ph. D. in Computer Science or a closely related field and will teach a course in networks in the Master of Computer Science program, although other course assignments can be considered. Alternately, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. This includes commitment to the University's values of diversity, equity and inclusion, and recognition of the importance of treating each individual with dignity and respect consistent with the University's Mission.

Requirements

  • Ph. D. in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Demonstrated experience with the broad diversity of the University community.
