About The Position

The Department of Civil Engineering at Saint Louis University (SLU) seeks a dynamic, collegial, collaborative, and creative adjunct faculty member to teach the undergraduate course in Structural Design Laboratory. Applicants should have technical expertise and be motivated to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to engineering students in a team-oriented, student-focused environment. Adjunct taught classes are in person.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Technical expertise in structural engineering or a related field.

• Teaching experience in structural engineering or a related field.
• Other work experience in structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Teach the undergraduate course in Structural Design Laboratory.
