About The Position

Simpson University's Department of Business Administration invites applications for the business adjunct faculty pool. The successful applicant will teach undergraduate-level courses in Business Administration or graduate-level courses in Organizational Leadership. Accounting, finance, leadership, management, and marketing courses will be the principal area of instruction. Simpson University is a liberal arts university.

Requirements

• Must have a master's degree for undergraduate courses and a doctorate degree for graduate courses.
• Degree must be earned from an accredited institution in Accountancy, Finance, Leadership, Management, Marketing, Business Administration or Related Fields.
• Express an effusive Christian faith based in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Affirm the statement of faith of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in-person at the Redding, CA campus.
• Utilize Canvas for course management and delivery of content.
• Work with a diverse student body population.
• Support the overflow needs of other departments within the respective university area.
• Perform other duties in accordance with this position as deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor.
